Cao Xinguang

Mr. Cao Xinguang serves as an arbitrator and a member of the Expert Committee at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), as well as an arbitrator and a member of the Expert Advisory Committee at the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA). He also serves as an arbitrator for several arbitration institutions, including the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission/Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC), the Cross-Strait Arbitration Center (CAA), and the China Maritime Arbitration Commission (CMAC).
Mr. Cao specializes in commercial arbitration and litigation and has handled hundreds of arbitration cases as an arbitrator for over 30 years. In most of the cases, Mr. Cao has served as a presiding arbitrator and is respected for his professionalism. Many of the cases that Mr. Cao has handled as a presiding arbitrator were widely influential and have been selected by CIETAC as model cases. He has been recognized by Chambers Review as the " Most in Demand Arbitrator - China" for his highly commendable practice and professionalism as a senior arbitrator.

Mr. Li Hongji serves as an arbitrator for several arbitration institutions, including the CIETAC, BAC/BIAC, SHIAC and CAA. He previously worked in legal supervision at the Supreme People's Procuratorate. He has been consistently recognized by Chambers and Partners as an "Eminent Practitioner" in both the litigation and arbitration fields in China and has been awarded the title of "Most in Demand Arbitrator."
Mr. Li specializes in resolving complex and difficult legal disputes and has handled several high-profile cases. Fei Ning

Mr. Fei Ning serves as an arbitrator for multiple arbitration institutions, including the CIETAC, SCIA, ICC, HKIAC, SIAC and KCAB. He also holds several prominent positions, including Vice Chair of the ICC Belt and Road Commission, Vice Chair of the Dispute Resolution Committee of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA), and a member of the ICCA Governing Board. Notably, he is the first person from Mainland China to serve as a member of both the HKIAC Board and its Nominations Committee.

Mr. Yang Jin has served as a legal executive for both multinational companies from Europe and the United States as well as domestic firms. He is currently an arbitrator at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).
