Director of Administrative Personnel
1, fully responsible for the company's human resources and administrative management;
2. Do a good job in the company's talent reserve and development management, and organize recruitment, selection, employment and training;
3. Assist the CEO to formulate and implement the salary and performance appraisal system in line with the market and the current situation of the company;
4, responsible for the company's corporate culture construction, organization of team activities, enhance the cohesion of enterprise staff;
5, responsible for the preparation and issuance of company-level documents, responsible for the daily operation and support of the shareholders' meeting and the board of directors;
6. Organize the revision of the company's rules and regulations, and cooperate with various departments to organize and manage the daily administrative work;
7. Receive and arrange company-level guests, and plan company-level activities and meetings.
Qualifications:
1, more than 5 years of administrative personnel work experience;
2, good at communication, affinity, with excellent organization and coordination ability and analysis and judgment ability;
3. Strong sense of responsibility, positive and optimistic working attitude, able to withstand greater working pressure.
